Check required Permissions

Step 01

Check if area is Falling in Morphological Ridge
If Yes :-

  • Submit the propsal to PCCF, GNCTD for Consideration of Ridge Management Board (RMB).
  • If the Propsal is recommended by RMB, GNCTD Will send the propsal for consideration of Centrally Empowered Committee (CEC)
  • CEC Submits it's report to hon'ble Supreme Court for appproval of Project.
  • If hon'ble Supreme Court allows, project proponent can apply for other approval required as per extant Acts/Rules.

Step 02

Check if project area falls in Protected Forest and/or Reserved Forest and/or Wildlife Sanctuary.
If Yes :-

Step 03

Check if project area falls in Unclassified Forest/Deemed Forest
If Yes :-

Step 04

Check if project area falls in Buffer Zone of WLS,
If Yes :-

Step 05

If result of Step 02 is no, Check if Trees standing in project area is to be felled.
